Lee Ee Wurn (born in the late 1960s) was active in the media industry as a child-actor and teenage dubbing artiste of many Mandarin TV dramas. At the tender age of 11, Ee Wurn successfully auditioned for the then Radio and Television Singapore’s course for child actors, which landed him in acting and dubbing jobs.
In the mid-1980s, Ee Wurn discovered his passion and talent for singing. In 1988, Ee Wurn (in his second year of the National University of Singapore) participated in the New Year extravaganza Welcome 88 where he sang a song he wrote and arranged, Ever Since You’re Gone. Also, in 1988, Ee Wurn guested in the xinyao festival where he was spotted and offered a recording contract to sing in Mandarin which he eventually agreed to. After being scouted during 1988 xinyao, Ee Wurn was active in singing and songwriting and later became a local composer for Chinese songs in Singapore. In 2006, Ee Wurn was one of the judges for the Superband singing competition on Channel U.

Despite having stopped acting, Ee Wurn remains active in the media industry. Now, he is the Vice President of Chinese Entertainment Productions MediaCorp Studios, MediaCorp TV Singapore Pte Ltd, and is involved in broadcast television, media and video production, screenwriting and many other aspects involving the media.
